The automatic divider rounders Maquindal are an indispensable equipment for any bakery and pastry shop.
They are designed to cut and roll bakery and pastry doughs with a maximum hydration of 70%.
Since they are automatic, they have a very regular working rate, guaranteeing productivity.
The standard versions of the various models are available in cast iron treated and painted in the color RAL 9016. All components in contact with the dough are manufactured in stainless steel AISI304, in aluminum and PVC with foodstuff specificstions.
On request, cast iron components can be painted in stainless steel color.
